What is the Dress Code?
Our dress code is formal wedding attire; something slightly less formal than black tie. This means for the gentleman wear a suit and tie, but feel free to get creative with color combinations and styles. For the ladies, it's the same idea: a formal outfit but have fun with it!
If you aren't sure how formal to dress, always choose the more formal option. Plus, there are small ways you can deformalize if you feel overdressed.

SHE should wear:
A long evening dress, dressy suit or formal cocktail-length dress.
Can I wear Jeans?
No.
What will the weather be like?
Weather in Loudonville in October typically ranges from mid 50’s to upper 60’s, with rain 20% of the time. That being said, it is Ohio so anything could happen.
Is the Ceremony/Reception indoors or outdoors?
Our ceremony and cocktail hour will take place outdoors, weather permitting, while the reception will be indoors.
Are the ceremony and reception location wheelchair accessible?
Yes, our venue is completely wheelchair accessible.
What should I do if I can’t make it?
You will be missed! If you can not make it to the wedding, please let us know as soon as possible and RSVP “no,” so we can plan accordingly.
When do I need to RSVP by?
August 31st is the deadline to RSVP.
What time should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive an hour before the start of the ceremony, to make sure everyone is on time and we can get the party started as scheduled!
Are kids welcome?
While we love your little ones, we ask that no children under the age of twelve attend so that everyone can relax and enjoy the evening. We appreciate you making arrangements ahead of time and leaving the children at home so you can celebrate with us.
Can I bring a date?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only able to accommodate those listed on your invitation.
Do you have a hotel block for guests? Where do you recommend I stay?
We recommend you stay on-site with us at Landoll’s, however, space is limited so please call to reserve your room as soon as possible. You will only be able to stay at Landoll’s on Saturday night, as the venue has other weddings taking place that weekend.
if you are unable to secure a room on-site there are other options in the area, but we cannot guarantee availability. Additionally, lodging may be available in Mansfield or Ashland.
Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?
Yes, but please do not get in the way of our professional photographer or videographer. We want them to be able to capture the best photos possible, and that is only possible if we let them.
Yes, we encourage guests to post pictures on to their social media channels and tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #ROCK2021 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
